A 45-minute introductory consultation normally valued at £40 is free so that you can find out what coaching can do for you.

The two-month telephone coaching package will be at a rate of £350. This includes eight coaching sessions with unlimited email support and catch up calls in between sessions if necessary.
Top up sessions for those who have participated in a coaching package are available at £40 for 45 minutes.

Face to face sessions will depend on location.
